Flight US132 victim of a terrorist attack

Further investigation has been made into the terrible plane crash in the River Thames on November 22, 2019. A press conference by Capital Transport Police declares that two members of a terrorist group have been arrested.

The crash of the U.S. Airways on November 22, has massively shocked the public. The plane had just taken off from LCA when the pilot had to attempt an emergency landing in the River Thames. At first, the police thought that the cause of the crash was a malfunction of the plane’s engines, but a more accurate investigation declared that two drones carrying explosive devices were the cause of the crash.

After a press conference, released by Capital Transport Police on the 29th of November, more information on the US132 has been made public. The police report that an undetonated improvised explosive device (IED) was on the shore at Abbots Farm Nature Reserve in Essex, near where the crash took place. A second IED was then found near Lookout Hill, 1.72 km east of London City Airport.

Both the drones were analyzed closely and according to the Bomb Disposal Units, the device was rudimentary and non-viable. It was made of cheap material from a Wickes store in Braintree, Essex. The tape and glue were also used by the terrorists to build the devices that eventually forced the airplane to crash and land in water.

Additionally, the drone debris matched with experimental drone devices used by the British military but the Police denied any connection between the case and the armed forces.

Capital Transport Police reports that the owners of the drones were two (or more) members of a protest group, “Marsea Pathfinders”, demonstrating against flightpaths that damage the natural beauty in South Essex and North Kent. The two members have been arrested and both have been charged with possession of explosives. In addition to that, a third person has been questioned with the accusation of owning software and electronic equipment with the intent to endanger the safety of the aircraft and the passengers on it.

Finally, to ensure the safety of all future flights and passengers, the security services have expanded security measures around commercial airports.
